From arriving time here, we were helped to parked our car since small parking area and too crowd at that time. Check in process was OK, and we got room on 3rd floor. Room was small, but clean including bathroom. But the problem was raise when we know, our window had not view, just the high wall, and also very near by the road, so, we couldn't sleep due to very noise sound from the road very2 annoying us. The good thing was we were moved to highest floor with same room type, but it was OK, resolve the view and noisy sound. BF was so-so, nothing special, but food quality was good, but the variety of food was not too much. Parking area is another issue, but OK, as long as assisted by security guys. Location was very good, so you can easily to find so many choice of food to be delivered to your hotel. Saat check in, connecting door masih di kunci, harus telepon ke resepsionis dulu untuk minta tolong dibukakan. AC di salah satu kamar berbunyi malam-malam karena ada yang kaya copot gitu, mama saya malem-malem lagi tidur sampai kaget. Tapi untungnya AC nya dingin di dua kamar. Kamar mandi di salah satu kamar juga wastafel & shower room agak mampet, dan ada 2 kecoak entah dari mana keluarnya. Sprei dan sarung bantal sudah tidak warna putih, tapi sudah jadi abu-abu saking dekilnya. Pada saat anak saya mau brenang, ternyata kolam sedang di bersihkan padahal belum jam tutup kolam renang. Info resepsionis, pagi hari besoknya sudah bsa di gunakan kolam renangnya. Tapi pada saat besok pagi harinya saya mau berenang, dasar kolam renang anak masih agak kotor dan kolam renang dewasa, airnya tidak terisi penuh. Pengalaman pertama kali menginap di sini agak mengecewakan.
